
The youth work on service projects for nonprofit agencies on Saturdays during the school year, and participate in summer camps during the months of June, July and August. Some of the projects completed this year include: building a Wheelchair Ramp, hosting birthday parties for children who are part of the Women and Children Succeeding Program and enjoying a day dedicated to learning more about leadership and diversity.
Youth Volunteer Corps of Anderson County is one of 30 affiliates throughout the United States.
